Water is needed for Mind quartz, wind is needed for evade, time for pretty much the most important action, cast, ep cut and etc etc. The sepith that you don't mind selling is earth and only earth. Gold and Silver? Ummmm no, those are needed for EP Cut and Evade 4 (or was it the wind gem). Red is also pretty safe to sell, as the only expensive quartz you can make with it is Attack, and there are a few of those sitting in chests anyway. There are a few key quartz you need to make with those, but they all require black which is a far tighter constraint (because Action and Cast are hideously expensive and important for everyone).

Just wondering if this is the norm(currently lvl 50ish in chapter 4).Īlso everyone has 100 or less mana/magic points so casting arts is very costly. Monsters are extremely difficult to kill hitting 600-1500 damage with simple attacks/arts while I can only hit that high with special moves. I thought maybe green monsters/plants drop them but apparently not, so I can't really upgrade anyone's gauntlets without this.
